Two teenaged boys, Ashur & Razul, stumble across an enchanted key called The Talika unaware that it is being sought by Kubaba, an escaped evil demi-goddess, who needs the key to restore her full wicked powers.

         Guided by an eccentric guru, the boys learn it is their destiny to stop Kubaba from destroying the world—or die trying. Their quest leads them on a wild, cross continent adventure, culminating in a life and death battle inside a secret Mystery School hidden deep in the ancient desert.

     Escape to Planet Earth by Jeanne Grandilli

Morey Moran is a lonely new kid in the small western town of White Cloud, Wyoming. He’s excited to make a new friend in Axelrod Duran. He just didn’t expect him to fall out of the sky or be an alien!

         The two boys have a lot in common: they’re both 12 years old, they both have red hair, and they’re both on the run. Morey and his mother are fleeing from his abusive, ex-con father and have assumed new names in order to hide from him. Axelrod has fled his home planet in order to avoid induction into an authoritarian military school.

         To their horror, the boys discover that they are both being pursued—Morey by his abusive father, and Axelrod by an evil alien warlord, who intends to punish him and take him back to his home planet.

         Will the boys escape their would-be captors? Or will they find themselves embarked on a perilous adventure that exceeds their wildest dreams?

After torrential rains flood the roads, trapping everyone inside the gothic manor house, a terrifying killer in a raven mask interrupts the party, stalking them, one by one.

         Will Ava and Jake discover the killer and his dark secret that lies buried in the walls of Raven Manor? Or will it be too late to save everyone from the killer’s malevolent vendetta?

         Book Two: Shooting Stars by Jeanne Grandilli

Astrologer-sleuth, Prudence Goodkind, is celebrating her 60^th birthday at a gala party inside the yacht club at Club California, a posh desert resort for singles of a certain age. Suave Club Manager, Victor Bonaventure, who is also Prudence’s boyfriend—at least one of them—is hosting the party. The attendees include Prudence’s sister and niece, who’ve come to celebrate her milestone birthday.

         Trouble begins when a brash film director and his companions, including a famed husband and wife acting couple, crash the party. To Victor’s chagrin, the director announces that he’s come to Club California to shoot an indie film there.

         Prudence has misgivings after the director casts her niece in the film, and her fears prove justified after one of the actors is “accidentally” shot and killed during filming.

         Once again, Prudence offers her services, using astrological profiling, to cowboy detective, Brett Houston, as he investigates the suspicious circumstances of the fatal shooting. After a second suspicious death occurs, Prudence fears that her niece may be in danger.

         Will Prudence and Brett be able to track down the killer in order to save her niece? Or will she become the killer’s third victim?

                 

Romantic Comedy:

 

         Transits of Venus by Jeanne Grandilli

 

Kiki Kincaid is, admittedly, no domestic goddess. After ten years of marriage to handsome husband, Jimmy Kincaid, and two kids, Kiki is suffering the insidious effects of mommydom in suburbia and has sadly let both herself and her marriage slip. Kiki’s best friend is amiable gay astrologer, Reggie Curtis. The two became acquainted because Reggie drives her husband’s vanpool to their mutual employer.   Trouble arrives in the form of gorgeous Lilah Lamour, the newest member of the vanpool. Lilah is single, red hot, and very flirtatious—and she’s got her sultry eye trained on Jimmy! Though Jimmy’s a good guy and faithful husband, he finds himself sorely tempted by the lascivious Lilah.

         With astrological counseling from Reggie, Kiki tries desperately to revamp herself and save her marriage. At the same time, Kiki’s mother turns up with the shocking news that she has left Kiki’s father due to his infidelity.

         Will mother and daughter save their relationships? Or will they choose to move on to new ones?

         Scaryella by Jeanne Grandilli

 

Scaryella is the Princess Monster of Monsterania, but she’s afraid of her own shadow. She only wants to be nice and kind to everyone and wear pretty robes with polka dots and butterflies. But her parents, the King and Queen, will not allow it. The King orders Scaryella to attend Scary Monster School so that she can learn to scowl and growl and become a proper little monster.

         Terrified, Scaryella cries out for help and receives a visit from her very large and scary Fairy Godmonster, who tells the Princess she’s really a human child under a monster spell. Unfortunately, her Fairy Godmonster can’t save Scaryella from Scary Monster School and frightening schoolmaster, Dr. Frankenmonster.

         Will Scaryella remain a monster forever? Or will she learn to be brave and help her Fairy Godmonster break the monster spell?
